Lost coins , can anyone advise me please

I sent some coins from my account from Coinhako (Singapore exchange ) and sent to the below address

GCPVD53G4KMVXSADSANSAW4NEXHN55SYQ5YP7HKKZDP3D43IDHZFLTA7 only to find out my coins have not yet arrived in my stellar viewer account

does anyone have any ideas or pointers ?

You will either have to contact the exchange and hope they can help you or else you will be out of luck. It's how it goes in crypto.

This wallet has only one single transaction of 769.8721024 XLM. If you sent it to the Exchange and forgot to add the memo this is the reason why the XLM wasn't credited to your account, but you can open a ticket with the exchange and tell them to credit your tokens.
