jenlex13 I deposited str on poloniex and it didn't go through on my account. I already send ticket to poloniex but they're support is not replying. What can I do? It has been 8 days and no single reply from them.
jenlex13 they really have a bad support.. they should add support agents because they have many customers.

ted They have a very poor support and somebody have waited for ages before they get the support over there. So, there is no other thing then to wait .
