Can not send XLM to exchange

Hi, I tried to send XLM to Binance via https://www.stellar.org/, this morning with no luck. I am just wondering if there is something wrong with the site. When I hit Send, it showed the message, "submitting transaction to the network...". First try, I waited for two hours, and nothing was transacted. So, I tried the second time and I got the same message. It's been almost 7 hours and it still didn't get sent. Can someone please comment? This is not the first time I do this. I did Send and Receive before without any problems. Thank you. Best Will

I have the same issue and its been doing it for over a week. Ive tried every fix thats recommended every where online and nothing works. TX fails every time from the account viewer..
