How can i transfer lumens back to stellar account?

so i am totally new in this so please help me.

i am member of stellar from very start and i got some lumens back then and i forget about it and then this year i thinked to do trading so i transferred my lumens to poloniex but then lumens went tooo down so i did't exchange it and in my poloniex account still i have lumens.

now the thing is that i dont trust these kind of website so i want to move my lumens back to stellar account but when i login to stellar account with secret key it only have option for send money not receive.

to withdraw from poloniex it show this

leave it empty, it is required in some rear cases (for example, if you want to transfer funds from Poloniex to Bittrex)

In case you are withdrawing funds to a brand new account, you'll have to transfer at least 20.0001 XLM (20 XLM - account reserve, and 0.0001 XLM will be enough to pay fees for 10 transactions). Otherwise, your transfer will fail and you may loose your funds (depends on how Poloniex handles failed transactions).

i have a very very old account in stellar and it have already 400+ lumens in it.

and i access my account from this url ; https://www.stellar.org/account-viewer/#!/ i dont have any third party wallet or something.

so i am good to go ?

If you have plans to trade on the built-in Stellar decentralized exchange, check out also https://stellarterm.com/ (you can use your private key to login there, Menu->Account). It can be used as a wallet also.
