Problem transfer from lobstr to bittrex

hello,

yesterday i transfered a lot of XLM coins to my bittrex wallet, but i still dont received them. please can anyone help me to get my coins back?

Nobody can help you to have money back, only bittrex, you should open a ticket to them In the meanwhile

Did you put the correct memo text? Did you check if transaction exists in the network and has the memo text valued? Was your lobstr app updated? (They had problems with memo times ago)

And last but not the least Why did you use Lobstr?

thank you for your help. i haven't put a memo text in the transaction. doet it mean that i lost al my coins? Or is it possible for bittrex to recover them?

i have opened a ticket but they havent respond yet. i think that it is gonna take a while.

i used lobstr because (i tought) it is a easy wallet for a beginner like me. i havent been more wrong in my entire life :smile:

Probably you lost your coins, memo is strictly required when sending to exchange Only bittrex can help you now, maybe asking you to send other coins from the same address (now including the memo)

Anyway, there are lot of other easy wallet Stargazer and blackwallet.co “in primis” Beware of extensions, the right one is .co

A bittex employee send me this. They are able to refund the lost coins but is it going to take a while. I gave them al the information they need and hope that it is going to be alright.
