Just a few things i noticed.
- you might want to verify user emails. I didnt get one
- maybe add a bit more KYC.. at least full name
- Option for depositing lumens?
- how to guide? maybe a demo video
- no notification mail for transfers

Looks cool and in the right direction for sure. But:

  • "you can only send to a registered user on Tonaira" why? the whole point of stellar is to make things interoperable. You should allow them to send to any other stellar enabled service like coins.ph or Tempo, etc.

  • and when you try to send to an email that isn't in the system yet it should let you. Right now I get "No Account Found with this email." But you should just email the person and tell them that some has sent them money. look at how coins.ph does it (or paypal)

  • You should use federation so your users can receive money form outside of tonaira. <username>*tonaira.com

  • Have to get rid of this hourglass interstitial. It makes it painful to go from tab to tab.

  • Consider allowing people to get access to their underlying secret key if you have a stellar account for each user. But maybe the whole service just has one account in which case you can't do this of course.

  • you need a https://tonaira.com/.well-known/stellar.toml

  • How do you send someone some other currency besides NGN? Is that part still being developed?

  • I agree you probably only want to show NGN balance on this but you might want a tab or something that allows them to easily buy lumens and send elsewhere.

  • Somehow allow people access to the underlying NGN so that they can move it to their own Stellar account so that they can trade it in stellarterm.com or elsewhere. This can be fairly hidden/advanced feature. This will create a NGN market in Stellar which you will need to do cross border payments with this.

How do you off-board the user? Let's say I just transferred 10 USD to my grandma in Thailand. I sent the money to her stellar federation address. Now she has 350 THB and wants to transfer it to her bank. How is this being done? Do you have some kind of agreement with Thai banks?

I can't login. Is it working for you? Also there is no forgot password link.

The interface must be polished, but it is not horribly bad.
My main feedback is that it is not clear how each of the details you ask will be used.

For example, when registering, you show a textarea prompting for my address -- why? It isn't clear. Maybe this should be asked later when it is actually needed. Also the phone and age.

When trying to submit or request a payment the form is very confusing. What do you mean by "Receiver Name"? Are you going to identify the person by her name? Phone number? What is this pickup number? Why did I click on "Send and Request" but only get a form to (supposedly) send? Everything is confusing.

The video on the landing page that should explain how everything works isn't live, but you should also have a clear explanation in words and images of how it works, besides the video.

The overall impression I have is that I'll pay with my credit card and tell you the name and phone number of someone in Nigeria, then someone will get the money in the US and keep it while someone else in Nigeria will start walking through the streets calling the recipient to try to give him money.

To me personally it would be great if it worked like this, but I would never write my credit card details or send lumens to a site so confusing.
