Hello World, I’m Interstellar.
Interstellar takes many of the good things Stellar has to offer and packages them into one coherent user-experience. We also added a lot of bells and whistles.

We expect to launch the mainnet version next week. So please test hard, and let us know about the bugs you find.
Interstellar can currently be used as a Stellar Wallet, a Decentralized Exchange, a Multisig Coordinator, and also as a BTC anchor.
Our goal is to help make Blockchain technology easy and user friendly for both new and experienced users.
Apart from what you’d expect to see in a typical Stellar wallet, we included the following benefits for you:
UNIVERSAL: Interstellar runs on your browser. You don’t need to download an app. This also means you’ll always be working with the latest and greatest version of Interstellar. Works great on mobile, tablets and desktop. You only need a modern web browser.
MULTI-ACCOUNT: Interstellar supports multiple accounts simultaneously. This is very useful for users who prefer to maintain separate accounts for different transactions.
SECURITY: With crypto-currencies, you are your own bank. That’s why we implemented security features for all your accounts from day one. Your secret keys and other sensitive data are stored in your browser’s local storage, and nowhere else. WE DO NOT KEEP ANY COPIES OF YOUR SECRET KEYS. All your data is encrypted with CryptoJS.AES.encrypt, using a session password that only you should know about. You simply enter the session password every time you launch the Interstellar app. The app encrypts your session password with bcrypt.
OFFLINE-FIRST: Stable Internet connectivity can be a challenge in certain regions around the world. This is why we went into great lengths to ensure Interstellar is usable even with an unstable Internet connection. We achieved this by caching your account balances and latest transactions in your browser’s local storage. Encrypted, of course.
FEDERATION: Usernames registered on Interstellar can be used as-is to send payments to other Interstellar user accounts without the additional “domainname” suffix. This permits you to send tokens or tokenized assets to jed, rather than to jedtestnet.interstellar.exchange. That is if jed registered his username on Interstellar.
DEPOSITS/WITHDRAWALS: Interstellar is an anchor for select crypto-currencies. We currently support deposits and withdrawals for Bitcoin Testnet. The whole process is automated. At launch, we will support Bitcoin and Litecoin mainnet. Ethereum and ERC20 tokens will follow soon after.
DECENTRALIZED EXCHANGE: Why focus on one token/asset when you can have them all? Interstellar provides a decentralized exchange for the traders amongst us. We also included a quick swap feature for the non-traders.
MULTISIG: We allow users to create M of N multisig accounts. These provide real-time notifications to signers when there’s a pending transaction. Signers can either accept or reject these pending transactions with a simple click. Consider using Interstellar’s multisig feature for additional account security.
SUPPORT: The Interstellar team is committed to delivering a high quality app. Our official launch will come with documentation, user guides, a blog, email support, FAQs and an online community.
BRAINWALLET: Interstellar includes a SECURE brainwallet that includes emojis :grinning:. You will discover how easy it is to generate secure secret keys that you can seamlessly recover.
