Yesterday I moved some STR from my ANXPro.com wallet to my stellar.org wallet, converted in XLM a few days ago. I supposed that STR could arrive and been converted automatically in XLM. but they never arrived. So what do I have to do now?
The ANXPro.com support is working at my case.
If it is impossible to transfer STR to that new wallet, probably the destination address (my new public key) is an invalid destination address, then ANXPro will receive an error message and the transaction will be cancelled and I will have my STR on ANXPro in a few hours/days.
Today my STR are disappeared: they are not on ANX and they didn't arrive to the destination (wrong wallet). Can someone helps me or better the ANXPro support solving this case?
They asked me the hash and the transaction ID ... but I'm not expert ...I don't know how to take those infos about that transaction. I simply operated from the ANX Portal as an investor and not as a software programmer.
Of course, it was only a mistake of mine, but it is inconcepible that for a single mistake an investor has his coins lost! Expecially on a portal as ANXPro.com ...
