I have installed Stellar Desktop 3.3 on 2 computers.
All I get is 'Network Error' on 1 and

on the other.
I've tried disabling firewalls and everything I can think of. Searching brings up no useful information that I can find.
Anyone got a clue what might be going on here?
Are there any other network settings to try?
I have 127.0.0.1080 in Proxy
Public Net Url = https://horizen.stellar.org
Been going on for 2 days.
All my other wallets "work", after the usual fight.
