If you have access to your Interstellar wallet,
Go to "backup", to retreive your secret key.
If you've forgotten your password, there's nothing anyone can do for you.
You should probably write down your secret key on paper next time. You can also use Interstellar's multisig or Interstellar's secure brainwallet to reduce your chances of losing your secret key.
