Deposit on poloniex not working

Hi, I deposited some XML to my poloniex account from my desktop wallet but I did not receive my XML. 1.Yes I put the memo id. 2. I already created a ticket but they don't answer . plz I need help .

Same happened with me. All other deposits are also delayed. Havent even received my XLMs

poloniex explanation made. Temporarily Disabled

STR is currently under maintenance or experiencing wallet/network issues. Deposits and withdrawals will remain disabled until a solution is found, which may require an update from the STR team. Any updates must be tested and audited before enabling.

now I use binance. It's really faster than poloniex and I DID NOT LOSE MY XML

poloniex contact have you passed ? it has been 3 days a lot of loss. poloniex they are not answering.
