One of the most anticipated ICOs of the year has started today (for people with over 20k to chip in, along with people who have promoted the ICO) but the big news is that it's open to the public tomorrow. For most of us stellar lumen users, it's exiting to see that Mobius is built on the Stellar platform along with Jed being involved with it. Who knows, it could be the next XLM or even better!
