Lost Stellar Lumens on Ledger Nano S

Hello A few weeks ago I set up my Stellar account and transferred my Lumens from Kraken to my Nano S. I checked after a small transaction, which was successful, then transferred the rest of my coins. All looked ok, and the transactions still show up on my Kraken account. Now I tried to open my Stellar wallet by logging in with my Nano S and it shows a zero balance. Any suggestions on what may have happened and how to recover the coins? Thanks Denise

Did you check you address with a chain explorer like steexp?

I'm not sure how to do that. I do have verification of the transfers on my Kraken account.

On Kraken history, it doesn't show the public wallet ID that I sent to, at least not that I can find. It shows a Ledger ID with an alphanumeric code arranged in character strings of 6-5-6. There is also a Withdrawal ID with a character string arrangement of 7-6-6. Neither of these came up when I entered them into steexp. Is there another way to see the wallet ID on the Kraken confirmation page?

This is probably a dumb question but will I need the secret key to find my account? I didn't keep it after I transferred the lumens to the Ledger wallet because I assumed I wouldn't need it and my access was essentially guaranteed by the Ledger login. I have my Ledger recovery seed though.

Wait In first post you said you transfer FROM kraken to you LEDGER If this is true, in “widthdraw” kraken page, you should have put your public address (the one that start with G)

So you should put the same address (I repeat, the one that start with G) ito a chain explorer (like steexp or stellarchain)

And furthermore, you don’t ever need you private/secret key (the one that started with S) to check your Wallet history
