Bitcoin is like a forefather of all the cryptocurrencies, I do not think it will become a full medium of exchange either. What's your thoughts on Stellar? And why are all the coins dependent on the BTC rate then?

I think because bitcoin is the first one and the most popular coin right now. Cryptomarket is a common place for all cryptocurrencies. The price depends on demand, if people do not buy Bitcoin, then they do not buy other currencies as well

Stellar is good for sure, but apart from it I believe that Ripple as well holds the future, as they seamlessly integrate instantaneous transaction system in many companies and banks all over the world.

I'm sure that there are plenty of worthy coins. But still BTC is the number one cryptocurrency and noother could overrun it. I see that it has the reasons for such situation.

Why? I don't buy btc, i bought iota, and there's no need for me to buy btc if i hold iota, can't get your idea

Why? I know many holders who get different altcoins and have not got any bitcoin at all. The world is not spinning around BTC only.

I think I will feel that crypto has successfully integrated into our lives when I come to a bank and they say "From now on bank payments are instantanious as we use new technologies", then, yes, it will be worldwide

Yeah, there are just a few shops accepting crypto. Well, many people I know use it in video games, and others try to trade.

The blockchain technology is now being implemented by many banks and XRP coin is quite a lot about banks. I would feel more confident if I could pay crypto at the stores, but I can't imagine how it's possible in terms of such volatility.
