Noob question - unsure how to claim lumens by holding btc

I use bitcoin qt. I have zero idea how to submit the address to verify my wallet. Any help would be appreciated!

yes. I've checked that page. It asks for the wallet address which is what I do not understand how to find.

Yeah it should be similar enough to that even if you're not using a ledger nano s.

ok.... I've been playing with this and still must be missing something.

ok, so my last transaction was sending .99btc to btc-e (RIP) : 1CfMt3Axud7G9kZd1ycZfWJFT4f1yMatNC

I do not understand this: "From this page get the NEW address where the remaining bitcoin balance was sent to (this is your current public address). For example if you sent .2 BTC, you would see .2 BTC going to the address you sent to and the remainder of your BTC go to a new address - this is the address that you want."

Nowhere on that page is my current amount of BTC...

Every address I've tried gets this: Can't find this Bitcoin address. Make sure it's valid and had a positive balance at first block on June 26, 2017. Please try again.

Have you got it sorted yet @"derpette1337"#6570? You need to take a look at where the outputs of the transaction have been sent to. Eg. If you've 1 bitcoin and you sent 0.6 to an exchange, 0.4 bitcoin (1 - 0.6) will be put in to a "new" address as an output of the transaction. This is the address you need to look for and use to claim your Lumens.
