I joined the Stellar Social Club yesterday, received my welcome email, and was invited to follow a link to claim my Stellar hat that was offered as a gift.
I followed the link, and received a 404. I followed the link in the button to the store, and it too resulted in a 404. In fact, the entire site at: https://socialclub.stellar.org/ happily serves up a pretty 404.
I reported this, and immediately received an autoresponse from "Emir", who claimed to be "the Community Support Manager at the Stellar Development Foundation (SDF).", and urged me to send yet another email if I experienced no resolution. I did, and again received an autoresponse.
What is going on? Is Emir really the Community Support Manager? His email suggested I could seek support via Discord, and I informed him that Discord is, "neither secure, nor safe, as you know from the latest news of all the identities stolen who underwent the recent KYC (about 70,000 accounts compromised, IIRC) - as reported by the EFF a few days ago."
That alert was sent out yet again via email in their EFFector Newsletter (25 Feb), and linked to this article:

And more recently:

I'm not a Discord user anyway, it's never been secure, their desktop apps having been compromised beginning years ago on the Windows platform, but that's besides the point.
I would like to have my Stellar Hat sent to me. Who do I contact for that? For all the volunteer efforts and advocacy given over the past decade on my behalf, when it's offered to me by the SDF, I certainly would like to claim it.
It was Bad enough when, without any sort of vote or effort to seek consensus, we were told that the official chat was moving from Keybase to Discord a few years ago (A FOSS based blockchain technology relying upon a, questionable at best, proprietary platform not even controlled by members of the Stellar community).
But I digress. Some folks talk a big open source game and still run Windows 11 and won't dogfood. I get it. But I'm not going to use Discord, nor be disparaged for not being stupid enough to do so. This forum here at GalacticTalk is an official Stellar Forum itself, so I'm asking: "Where do I go, or who do I ask, to get my Stellar hat mailed to me? I joined the Stellar Social Club in good faith and as a surprise to me, it was subsequently offered - so I want it.
Many thanks for any assistance from the Real Stellar Community here at GalacticTalk.
