An idea for hosted wallet that's easy for average people.
SIGNUP/LOGIN:

- backup login using username or mobile number & authentication using Authy/Google Authenticator/SMS
ACCOUNT FUNDING:
- bitcoin or other crypto with shapeshift/changelly etc. built-in (10+ million users and growing fast)
- paypal (200+ million users, limited amount/number of transactions)
- scratch cards etc. (to be explored)
Initial 20 XLM activation plus bonus 10+ XLM should be given free upon unique identity verification - user need to submit national ID/driver license/passport and proof of address.

Funds can be switched between hosted account (secure "private chain" database) and decentralised accounts (with private key).
None of the working Stellar wallets I've tested so far offer these features much needed if to make Lumens mainstream, or more used like Bitcoin and Ether for instance.
