Simple contracts api and UI components

This idea is for a catalog of simple contract patterns creating both a js api and a set of
corresponding react UI components for contract creation and maintenance. These could serve as:
- reference implementations of simple contracts patterns and ideas
- a resuable API for contract creation and maintenance
- shareable UI components that may be dropped in to web based wallets as needed (directly into React apps or via react-ng for angular wallets)

I've made a start on the idea here https://github.com/chatch/stellar-contracts and will host it somewhere over the next day or so.

Having a repository of contracts is a cool idea. The other parts I'm not so sure about. It looks a bit like premature generalization to me, I couldn't use any of it even if I wanted to. There's always going to be different use-cases and requirements that are hard to fulfill without having it turn into a Swiss army knife.

thanks dzham. i thought some patterns could be reusable like joint accounts with equal weights or a basic token creation. but yeah i guess many will require some different or additional operations or something hey? at the least i think having these implementations of contract setups is useful as a starting point for someone looking at setting up similar contracts.

I got something up and running for this but unfortunately only 2 contracts - joint accounts and token issuing. I'll look to add others over time as well as variations.

I'm hosting it at https://stellar-contracts.herokuapp.com/

It can be used like a wallet by signing in with a secret key. Then select a contract, fill out the form and click Create. Then transactions will be submitted to setup the contract based on the inputs.

Be sure to use on testnet only for now! this needs more work and testing.

Weights are hard coded. No form field for this yet. So each signer gets an equal weight of 1 set here: https://github.com/chatch/stellar-contracts/blob/master/src/api/joint_account.js#L53
