Stellar Forum in Singapore

I would like to propose we start a Stellar forum in Singapore to make a more informed discussion available to the general public as well as investor and tech community. The entire narrative is almost 100% lopsided towards Ethereum. If there are takers, I would request we kick this off. if it it global, let us do online sessions and open them up like bitcointalk.org. but important to do this now. any takers?

Why not just promote one of the existing forums in singapore?

we could promote galactic talk or one of the others. while our resources are limited, we could start by pushing the chats out to people by LinkedIn as well as give a link to our site(though of course it wouldn't carry a lot of traffic). Given the overwhelming institutional dominance of ETH here, the doors of education formally are pretty much shut to the Stellar fraternity. For now. What we need is i. to reach out to the student community (perhaps an app would be brilliant) ii. to start talking about ETH vs Stellar- a conversation that is badly overdue. And this latter one we want to push out heavily.
