I trying to buy the SLT tokens for the Smartlands ICO.
This is the first time I have used Stellar MARKETPLACE to trade so:
I performed the steps in the PDF file and
I and placed the OFFER at the suggested price 15 minutes ago 10:25 pm MST.
SELL OFFER is at the same price but not executed yet is there a delay?
Do I need to buy the SLT tokens from their website?
