Can't access Account Viewer

I can't access the Lightweight Client/Account Viewer. Please can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?
I generated the 'Key Pair' and made a note of them;
I sent Lumens from the exchange to the Public Key;
* Transaction was successful and I can see that the Lumens have arrived (when I search that key in 'Stellarchain.io')

But when I put my secret key in this page:
https://www.stellar.org/account-viewer/#!/

I get the following message:
"Invalid secret key
Secret keys are uppercase and begin with the letter "S."

I have checked, and I am using the correct Secret Key, that does indeed start with "S"
Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong, please?

Janna How many characters does your secret key have? Maybe you missed one.

Hi bkolobara, thanks for answering. 56 characters. I've checked that I've included all of it. I don't understand why it is not working. Do I need to create a username as well, or something?

Janna Perhaps you should try to build and sign a transaction at https://www.stellar.org/laboratory/ and see if it gives you a better error.
