Help with Stronghold wallet

I'm fairly new with cryptocurrency but my favorite coin so far is Stellar Lumens. I decided that I would take my fairly small amount of 1150 from Kraken and put it into Stronghold just to test it out.

So Kraken says it was delivered but it is not in Stronghold. I've checked the address and it is definitely correct. But here's the real problem. When I try to contact support, it says my password isn't correct and when I try to change it, it says that I don't even have an account there. I've already activated my account so I don't exactly know what the problem would be.

If anyone could guide me on what to do next, I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

@JoshuaNightingale There was a horizon bug this morning. Don't worry, your money is probably in your account. Once they upgrade their node(s) and they are all caught up, it will show up.
