Having some major issues with Lobstr. Any ideas

I've tried finding a contact us page, but they don't have one.

Problem 1: I have 163 XLM in my wallet, but even when I try to send any amount (Even 20-30) it says I don't have the funds.

Problem 2: When I was sending out little bits at a time to test the wallet, I sent 80 back to my Bittrex account and they never made it. I tried again with the memo and they did. Any way to call back the first send of 80?

create support ticket on Bittrex with transaction id, they should be able to recover it
