Hello, I'm having trouble upgrading my stellar wallet. It gives me the "Please contact support: hello@stellar.org" message when I try to upgrade. I emailed support last week and I also tried submitting a bug report on it. They've disabled messaging on twitter and their slack isn't open to new members, so I figured I'd try seeing if I could get a response or help here. I've tried looking online for a solution to the problem but all I can find are threads where people had the same problem and never heard a response from support. Are those stellar as good as gone? I understand that they're busy(and that it's only been a week) but if I'm not going to be able to upgrade/recover then I'd like to flat out know rather than wait around months for a response that may not ever come(I read a comment from someone saying they waited over 2 months and had yet to receive a response). Another reason I'm asking is that I've really been wanting to buy more XLM but I don't want to open a new wallet then have to combine two if I eventually get a response.

I'd also like to take a moment to tell the admins/mods here that your email verification system is broken. This is my third account I had to make and connect to a facebook because neither of the first two got verification emails(one @live.com and the other @gmail.com) and that's even after telling it to resend a hundred times throughout the weekend.

Sorry for the lengthy post. Thanks for reading and I hope someone can help me out.

MissyGarret We will need to wait until there is an official response from the Stellar Development Foundation. As you noticed, there are many users with the exact issue. I will ask on the Slack if someone can comment on it.

Sorry about the emails, I used to send it from my server, but turns out the IP was blacklisted by some email providers. I switched to an external SMTP today. I hope this improves deliverability.

I am also having issues. It says I had 19.99999 so I can't just click "upgrade" since I don't have 20, so I have to use the CLI, but when I type my private key into the "stellar-upgrade-windows upgrade" prompt, it just freezes and sits there doing nothing forever.

Trophonix An account can't hold less than 20 XLM for now. I don't think you will be able to upgrade even from the CLI.

bartek Is the any ETA for the issue, as it's still observed in Dec 13. Thanks.

when i upgrade my old account have 20 STR. It gives me the "Please contact support: hello@stellar.org".
          Can you help me.

Having the same issue with upgrading my account. I've emailed to hello@stellar.org 2 days ago and still no reply.

Just tried to upgrade again and it still shows me a message to contact support.
