I can't find a definitive answer on this. Most sources list ~18B lumens in circulation. But coinmarketcap lists the total supply as 103B. This matches the 100B number reported by the foundational initially. So where does the remaining 82B come into play? Will they solely be from inflation, or are they reserved for future grants?
