Unable to send XLM from bitcoin ID to stellar.org

Hello guys,

I seem to be having problems transfering my XLM from my local exchange (bitcoin.co.id) to the stellar.org wallet. I tried creating an account from the randomly generated secret/ public key and also the one where I signed in with my nano ledger S. I tried sending more than 20 lumens to try to activate either accounts but the same message always pops up in bitcoin.co.id which is lumens address is invalid. I tried finding answers everywhere including dropping a message at stellar.org but I havent had any luck for 3 weeks now.

Any help on this will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Bitcoin.co.id can "only" transfer to active wallet account (min 20 xlm on that wallet).
First, you must send xlm from other exchange (Bittrex) to activate your wallet.

I did this also and now I can send XLM from bitcoin.co.id to my wallet directly... ?

salma Maybe you can write to Bitcoin.co.id to support creating new wallets. I don't know why they don't do it.

nashir you just need to use binance, binance is easy to register and they already open the registration for new user now.
