XLM missing to Bittrex

Hello,

Six Days ago i send XLM to bittrexfrom Bitcoin Indonesia with

TX ID : 067ae30eb56e4f0d1b7febe04da124deaa64ab995e7a1f0f5f8ddf36654de651

but until now, my XLM not credited to bittrex wallet. I send support to bittrex five days ago but no one answering.

Anybody here can fix my problem.

AnggunSetyawan The transaction looks ok to me. Are you sure this is your memo "494759c365594e669ec"? Maybe you missed a letter. I'm afraid you will need to wait for Bittrex to replay to you, they have your XLM.

AnggunSetyawan Are you sure this deposit is over the minimum deposit amount they accept? I've sent a small amount of Ethereum to Bittrex before and it was only credited then next time I sent some.

pau1phi11ips Looking at his tx id he sent 8845 XLM, this should be enough.

I just sent an XLM withdrawal transaction from Stellar Term with no memo number to my exchange (I know, Memo is important) so I guess they won't arrive there. Isn't there a way to cancel that transaction or get my funds back?
