Every day there are many new posts about problems with upgrades from the legacy network. I created this thread to aggregate all of them and will be deleting other threads.
The only solution right now is to fill out this form and wait: https://www.stellar.org/support-form/
There are many requests for upgrades and the support at Stellar.org handling it is overwhelmed. Users cheated during the initial distribution, many of them signed up with fake facebook account or bought other users accounts. I assume that they are dealing with every suspicious upgrade individually. Be patient.
