the Deposit is missing

what i can do to get my units from xlm coin , I've been waiting to deposit my " xlm " from poloniex to bittrex since 1 month and 28 days now .. But the support of bittrex always tells that we are working on it and The last message I received from them 1 month and 3 days ago contains the same sentence .. When will it get solved ?

eslam-abed I don't think anyone, except Bittrex, can tell you when this will get resolved. It could be that you forgot to enter the right memo when sending between exchanges and that's why the deposit is missing. But also in this case the only thing you can do is wait for Bittrex.
