Lobstr Funds Not Showing Up

HI! I'm really hoping someone can help me understand this. I sent Lumens to my Lobstr Wallet this morning. I see the transaction history went through sucessfully. But my wallet shows Zero. There is only one transaction in my wallet. It's the one that I deposited in. But my balance still shows zero. Why is this? Did i just lose all my Lumens?

Hi, this has just happened to me too. Transaction is complete and showing in binance but I have nothing in Lobstr, have been waiting an hour. Will let you know if anything changes.

Hi Joe and Kris.
I'm having the same issue. It's been over an hour. It's cleared from Binance, but nothing showing up in Lobstr, not even the transaction.

Please let me know if your issue gets resolved and also if you had to do anything in particular to sort it out. I'm quite new at this, so any help will be greatly appreciated

I had the same issue transferring from Binance to Lobstr where it didn't show any amount transferred or transaction history. I found a solution that got my balance working and now I see the transaction history. What I did was:

Write down username which can be found in the "Recieve" menu (including the *lobstr.co part)
Remove the Stellar account under the "Settings" menu
Log out and close the app
Open the app and login using your original credentials
When it asks you to, click on the "link wallet" option and enter the username you wrote down (I did not need to enter a secret code)
Bam! Old wallet added with the correct balance and transaction history

Hi everyone! I have the same problem. This morning I sent Lumens to my Lobstr Wallet from Binance. I can see the transaction in history, but the balance did not update. Anyone solved the problem?? I need held. if someone found the solution, please share!

I have downloaded both binance and lobstr and was ready to buy lumens however, after seeing the comments I am not going to buy just yet. Seems as though the kinks need to be worked out. If anyone gets any news about a resolution keep us posted!
