Is there a payment gateway for Stellar?

I am looking for something like Stripe for Stellar. Essentially a way to send Lumens from one wallet to another wallet programmatically. Think of wallets like your bank accounts and how Stripe helps send money from your bank account to an application's bank account without Stripe actually holding any money in their account.

Is there anything of that sort, I basically want to build an application using such a payment gateway.

@prank7 what are you imagining? You can already send money to another account with any wallet or even the web wallet on stellar. If you mean a way for a site to know you sent money, then that site just has to watch it's account for deposits via the node/go/java/php/etc... SDK.

i'm really not sure what he's looking for but I guess with Stripe it's mostly used for web store interface payments so for that in stellar we have a stellar.org payment plugin for OpenCart with escrow option https://github.com/sacarlson/OpenCart_stellar_plugin. there is also another plugin that supports woocomerce that I forget the name of that also exists.
