stellarterm won't let me trade and wont let me get my coins out??

i deposited 500 lumen to stellarterm.com to trade for MOBI. first off it will not let me accept MOBI as an asset. it says: error creating trust line for MOBI. after an hour of trying to figure it out i said screw it and tried to pull my coins out back to my ledger wallet and it says. "Transaction submission failed. Server responded: 400 Bad Request" over and over when i try to send. what is going on??.

figured it out. i was using safari browser, i tried chrome and it fixed the problem. i slap myself on the head but this might help someone who is having a similar problem.
