Pegasus, named after the stellar constellation, is a lightweight and easy-to-use wallet for Stellar Lumens.
It has been developed having in mind simplicity.
It has a very nice and clean User-Interface that makes it very easy to manage your Lumens.

Pegasus does not rely on any server and is self sufficient. There is no need to signup anywhere and users can straight away create / import wallets and starting sending / receiving Lumens.

Since the release we have greatly improved the wallet and entirely redesigned the user interface. It is now even nicer and easier to manage your Lumens on Android ?

Nice update! I like the simplified interface and progress so far.

One area I'm seeing a gap right now in wallets is support of federation. This is an area that Stellar could really shine from a usability standpoint but it's still hard to deploy and maintain and client support is spotty.

I like that you've implemented a contact list. You're solving the same problem, you're just doing it locally.

Do you see implementing federation as a priority, or are you waiting for things to mature with increased adoption?

Also, just a quick bug report. The barcode scanner isn't populating the address field in my contact list. It launches, scans, and returns to the add contact screen where the input is empty. (Nokia 8, Android 8.0).

Thank you for pointing out the scan bug for Android 8 (seems to be only an issue for Android 8) we will be fixing this for next update.

Regarding the Federation... it was actually already in our pipeline and we have actually just submitted a new update that

  • Allows you to send Lumens to any federated address (something*domain.com)
  • And.. we have also launched a free service that allows anyone to create its own username*pegasuswallet.com !

    PegasusWallet Right on, I actually just saw the push notification. Updating the app right now. I'll check it out and let you know how it goes.

      Forgot to make the update here but we have integrated a real time payment notification system within Pegasus.

      Whenever you receive a payment on one of your wallet you will receive a push notification. You can enable / disable them in the settings.

      You do not need to keep the app open and a notification looks like this:

      In the meantime we have added a new feature to let the user add "Watch only" wallets (By only adding the wallet public id)

        PegasusWallet Thanks I think that watch only wallet will be a great feature for Merchants who accept Lumens. I plan on using it with this plugin for now swplug-wordpress-woocommerce-plugin-for-stellar.

          I had setup a Master password but I don't remember it ?. Is there a way for me to unlock the wallet anyway ?

          (Oh and well done for the notifications, I correctly received a nice push today when my friend sent me couple xlm ?)

            CrptoCraze If you have backed-up your wallet secretKey you can safely delete the app data and re-import your wallet. it will prompt you for a new password

              I cannot send my XLM out of my wallet. Also my wallet shows that I have XLM but that is equals zero dollars. What happened?
