Hi, I am a designer from Toronto, Canada and have been working on a website that allows employers to hire blockchain experienced freelancers.
Payments are made by XML lumen. The website will not charge any fee but encourages both parties to pay a tip once the project is complete.
Very simple layout design.
I will provide the design, server, other costs etc. I need a developer who can pull this off and submit to the SBC challenge if we make the deadline.
