Was working fine during the day. Then this happened...
First time I've seen this; happened multiple times. I sent a small payment (~0.1XLM) from account A -> account B. Horizon confirmed the transactions with a transaction ID. AND it deducted the balance from A and added to B. But the transaction IDs are invalid (cannot be queried on horizon)! How could this happen?
Edit- transactions are credited to B's account, but transaction IDs still cannot be queried.
