We are excited to introduce Open Garden[1] to the Galactic Talk community, in preparation for our entry into the Stellar Build Challenge.

It's like Airbnb for Internet access. Share your connection, earn crypto currency.
Summary:
With Open Garden, anyone can share their Internet with neighbors, friends or anyone nearby. And people near an Open Garden hotspot can connect to the Internet. Participants will be able to pay one another for Internet access using OG, a Stellar asset. We're building a people-powered Internet service!
Project status:
We already have our Open Garden Android Beta app available in the Google Play Store[2]. It currently allows sharing WiFi Internet access (i.e., any infrastructure WiFi your device is connected to). Coming soon: sharing mobile data Internet access.
We invite everyone to install our Open Garden app and share your feedback with us.
We are launching our OG asset on the Stellar network on Feb. 28th. On that date, Open Garden users will be able to use OG as a means of payment for bandwidth usage between clients and providers using our Beta app.
We are also working on an iOS version. You can sign up for early access[3].
