Asset name duplication

Anyone can create an asset. I am wondering how to prevent the duplication.
For example, account X creates USD token and account Y also creates USD token.
Off course, the asset creator address is different and hence the assets can be distinguished.
Will it not lead to confusion ?

jagstock I don't think so. That's why you need to explicitly trust an issuer. You can't hold assets you didn't agree to hold.
