Pedity Winsome is a new project created for this round of SBC. It's actually distributed a few gift packets, but in the grand scheme I have distributed as much assets as you :-)
Anyways I think you may have missed my point. You mentioned that new users need some XLM in their account to use Pedity. We ALL have this problem- minimum balance requirement is just how Stellar works.
You said you could probably sponsor 1000 new users. I could sponsor 1000 too. But what if we did this instead- You sponsor 1% of 100,000 new users, I sponsor 1% of those users. And we have have quite a few SBC projects. If we do some coordination, we could onboard 100,000 new users to Stellar, and all of our projects would benefit. According to stellar.expert, there are only 280K accounts. So with a small share from each of us, we could potentially ramp up the user base by at least 35%.
Winsome is a giveaway platform. In addition being a faucet, it makes users to really get to know your app. It took me <1 minute to create one for your app. You can tailor the quiz to whatever you want your users to know about Pedity.

You shouldn't dump a bunch of XLM into Winsome at once. Small, periodic giveaways are much more effective. For example, I'm planning to host bi-weekly micro giveaways. This generates periodic buzz for my app. If more SBC projects did the same, we effectively crowdsource the Stellar account bootstrap of our users.
