Withdrawal from cex.io to Ledger Nano S

I have a ledger nano s, I create the account, but I need 1 lumens to be activated. When I send from the exchange CEX.IO to the Stellar wallet it tells me that the address is incorrect. Talk to the exchange CEX.IO and they tell me that I need a MEMO and that I should contact the stellar team. Can you provide me with a MEMO or help me?

gines If you are withdrawing to your Ledger Nano S you don't need a memo, only the public key. You can enter whatever in the memo field if your exchange forces you to enter it.

Could also be the case that CEX.IO doesn't know how to create new accounts, only send to existing.
