@fritz
Hi,
I made an ETH withdrawal from the Interstellar Exchange 5 days ago however the ETH did not arrived at my Bittrex account.

I searched for the transaction on etherscan.io and the transaction FAILED due to "Out of Gas". TxHash: 0x3b29a2d1a9355a3d92c645f886eada6001993171a36ce966ff9552c7fb76be1a

It seems the correct GAS amount was not automatically calculated before the transaction took place, therefore the transaction failed even though Interstellar Exchange marked the transaction as "successful" in my account and deducted the ETH from my balance.

The ETH would have been returned to sender however the ETH is not showing back on my Interstellar Account.

Please can you assist with the return/refund of ETH back into my Interstellar Exchange account. I have e-mailed support at info@fintech.com but the message was returned with error "451 Could not load DRD for domain (fintech.com) rcpt (info@fintech.com).

TxHash: 0x3b29a2d1a9355a3d92c645f886eada6001993171a36ce966ff9552c7fb76be1a

Thanks

    Hi @ECZ .

    Our support email is info@fintech.cm (not .com)
    It appears Bittrex uses a smart contract instead of a standard ETH wallet.

    Please send us your public key via email for an immediate refund while we fix the issue.

      Thanks so much for your help, I'll send an e-mail shortly.

      @ECZ
      I believe your issue has been resolved.
      We’ve also fixed withdrawals to smart contracts.
      Our Interstellar ETH anchor should be 100% operational now; even for withdrawals into smart contracts.

      Thanks for your patience and feedback.
