Did not receive email notification when submitting SBC application

I submitted the type form application https://stellarform.typeform.com/to/dv3Z9a and did not receive an email notification confirming my submission. Just wanted to see if others noticed the same thing or if I should submit again in case it did not go through. It said at the end I should receive an email notification but did not get anything.

Do others see the same issue?

ankurp I don't think they send out confirmation emails.

Give me the last 3 letters before the @ sign of your email and I'll see if it went through.
