My 2nd entry for the current SBC will be the indie video game that I've been working on for quite a long time.

The so-called "Brutos Online" project (work-in-progress) aims to become an innovative multiplayer video game using old-school/16-bit-like graphics (and a downloadable client).
What really sets this competitive game apart, is that you will be able to fight other players online through PvP duels AND win / loose cryptos in-game by betting on your own performance!

This is made possible thanks to the Stellar network + "Horizon" requests. The game will be playable without cryptos too, in order to attract more players. (similar to the free-to-play philosophy)

thanks for your interest!
A link will be shared in more or less two weeks. I'm currently adding english support (early prototypes use french only) and a revamped GUI 'cause early testers didn't like the 1st version at all :3

Hi everyone.
I'd like to share 3 screenshots of Brutos Online: the game (work-in-progress!) and ask…
What do you like or dislike about those / about the whole idea of gaming + cryptos?

Characters on the screenshot above are all "players" controlled by me, 'cause I was load testing the server.

The project is far from completion but the most difficult challenges have been overcome I believe.
The version submitted for the current SBC will be an early alpha release.

About that last screenshot I'd like to ask you the Stellar community:

Do you know if it's OK to use the Stellar logo in my software; under what terms?
If I add a text like "BrutosOnline is independent of the Stellar Development Foundation. Game developers / the Gaudia Tech company are not involved with operating the Stellar network."
Is it good? Can someone provide a link (official guidelines) for this scenario?

Your feedback is very welcome. Thanks a lot!

wkta The game looks interesting, it reminds me to the good old goldenaxe age ?

According to the new brand policy you should not use the logo without permission from Stellar.

@Cajga thanks a lot for your reply!
    The project has been submitted.

More infos about the game can be found HERE.
On the same page, you can follow a link and download the pre-alpha early release of the game. It has been tested extensively on a Windows7 64-bit system. It includes a launcher that can automatically patch your client whenever I publish a new version…
Keep in mind it's still work-in-progress; and localization is not well-done yet, but all works quite well now for a proof-of-concept.
I'd be glad to read comments from those of you who dare to play ?

    demo still playable!

If you want to test the early version of the software…
    Download it from: HERE
And yes, you can already deposit XLM into the game, gamble GTT (a form of stablecoin) and withdraw XLM / GTT afterwards…
    Proof-of-concept -> done!

If you want to invest XLM to help me finish this wonderful project and be rewarded in the long run, it's easy: just grab some GTshare via the Stellar Exchange. It's the idea of crowdfunding, made better.

I like the overall idea of this and will try the game soon. The token price is a bit steep right now though at 121 XLM minimum. I question why you have the GTT as a separate token tough. You should better use XLM directly or maybe MOBI and also release the game on the mobius dapp-store. There is a contest right now btw. You should make some changes and submit it to their contest too.

citystates great feedback, thanks a lot!
I'll give it a shot, using MOBI could bring more visibility & user confidence to my project, that's right. Unfortunately the mobius network contest has already ended, but I will stay receptive to future similar news.
