Dear Stellar-Community,
After searching for a blockchain to build to create a token on, we finally decided on Stellar for its versatility, developer-friendliness and low-cost scaling potential. To test the waters and get familiar with stellar, we have now built and launched hopecoin.org (non-ICO or token sale, we're not asking for money; it's a side project to learn where we nevertheless invest a lot of time, energy & love).
As the first use case for the token we are now building a "Wall of HOPE" where users can spend Hope Coin to publish their hopes, wishes and dreams. The idea is to get users to actually use the token for something. Many other projects are purely based on price appreciation, while we're looking for active participation.
Which other projects have you encountered where token holders are actively using the tokens in a utility context? What ideas would you have for potential features for hopecoin.org?
