That site is down because I'm migrating github pages to a custom domain, but the domain name has not yet propagated.

(According to the docs, you need to update the github page before propagation, even though that breaks it). It should be back soon.

Rehive has just released a mass send extension if you're looking to launch your own lumen/custom asset wallet. It's basically an upload .csv feature for listing users (email/mobile number/crypto address) with accounts, currencies and values to make a one-click payment

    CryptoPlanet yeah but you can set it up to interact with the user API as well so that users can make 'mass sends; as P2P transactions
