Wallet Woes

Hi All,
I am looking for peoples guidance to assist me with a challenge I am facing whilst using the Stargazer Wallet.

Several years ago I setup the Stargazer wallet and enabled password encryption. I transferred xlm from Binance which was successfully received. Fast forward to the present day, where I launch the Stargazer Wallet and see my lumens.

When I attempt to withdraw my lumens from the wallet I enter the amount leaving sufficient funds to cover the fees etc. I click ‘Send’ and I see the ‘Review and Submit’ window which has two fields; ‘Transaction’ and ‘Signatures’, both of which are blank apart from ‘Sign for ....’ under ‘Signatures’. I proceed to click the blue ‘OK’ button to process the withdrawal, but nothing happens.

I would like to confirm if this is caused by an issue with the wallet i.e. with the signatures or something else?

I have also attempted to export and import my account to another wallet and the QR code given appears to contain the wrong or missing information. For example, when importing the account.name.label is blank. I have tried various wallets on both mobile and desktop but with limited success.

It was most probably caused by Stellar recently changing some of the fields in the responses of their servers.

There's a new Stargazer version out since yesterday, try that.

I don't use Stargazer but there were some other people that had problems last year that were resolved by upgrading.
Nonetheless, I'd suggest to assure that you have your private key safely stored (not sure if it can be exported using Stargazer). If you do, you can use different wallet if Stargazer doesn't work.
