Project title: xlm reward system in a local search app (auskunft.de)

Summary: german search engine with built-in xlm wallet that incentives the users for general usage, doing store reviews, upload photos etc.

Goals:

Started our own Horizon/Core Nodes (done)
Launched the app Feb'19 - together with the state minister of economics (done)
More than 20k photo uploads since then (done)
Full XLM Wallet created for the users [no need for memos] (done)
Almost 40k individual payments done so far (done)
Embeded a charity organisation so users can also donate their XLM (done)
Pilot Project with a bakery to accept XLM with the auskunft app (done)
First user earned over 2400 XLM in 4 weeks (done)

Bring more users and business owners in contact with stellar and establish crypto payment options in germany (in progress)
Start our first regional stellar meetup in july (in progress)

Hi, I like your idea.

I just have been downloading your app. It says I need to register with google or facebook-account. How does this go together not to deliver data to those big guys? At least I would expect to see a normal login possibility. Did I miss something?

smartstellar You have a point here and we are working on our own login/register feature already but in terms of convenience & account security google/facebook are doing overall a great job. We wanna make sure that we have similar security & anti-fraud features in place to protect the user wallets. This is crucial for us but takes a lot of development time.
