I need help with Trezor One wallet.

I bought some Lumens on Coinbase, as well as other cryptocurrencies and some I got for free.
I bought a Trezor One wallet to store everything on. Everything went well, some went to third party wallets but the only problem was the Lumens. They are not on my Stellar account page (it says 0 lumens) but on "stellarchain.io", it shows my lumens but no way of moving them to the Stellar aaccount.
HELP!!!

If you can export the private key, you can try the official online wallet, or other open source wallet.

Thanks for the reply.
If there is a way of doing that, I don't know enough to recognize it. That's why I included the IP address. There is (I don't know what it's proper name is) a square inkblot , is what I call it... is that how I transfer the lumens? It's a digital ID like a bar code.

Thanks, been that route already, as well as Coinbase support.
The device is the same thing as a Ledger, in fact I had a Ledger but I couldn't get it to work on my Linux machine so I got the Trezor. The websites I cited should be accessible from any smart phone/laptop.
In case it's not obvious, I am a complete newb to crypto and my tech savvy is not much better. There are keys and digital tags and all this stuff on the page that shows my lumens but I don't know how to move them to the Stellar wallet for which I have a private key.
