What I understood is that the other features wouldn't be supported for security reasons... Which is not the kind of reasons that changes overnight. But ok then, whatever seems logical to you.
In any case, your impression that I'm campaigning against SEP7 is not founded. Or at least, not in the implied meaning that I would bend the reality to achieve some kind of manipulative communication against it.
I've been the first to implement SEP7, the first to publish a library for everybody to use it and the first and to that day the only one to publish fully compliant application & wallet. What kind of campaign is that?
Now, I'm also the guy who brought delegated signing to Stellar and I did it so well that SDF arguably failed at proposing a superior alternative. Why in hell should I not mention that fact each time the opportunity arises?
I can notice that everybody around is willing to close the eyes on SEP7 flaws, and I can only assume it's for political reasons (or lack of knowledge). But would I let a technically inferior solution take over only because its author is influential, I would do a great disservice to Stellar & its community.
And I think that's a point any serious dev is meant to consider.
