Stellar Community Fund - Submitting a new proposal

Hello,
I'd like to submit a proposal to this contest. One of our team members sent a .docx file with an image and explainer videos... along with the required headings and text. I do not see a way to post this as a new thread which is my understanding of how a proposal is submitted. Can anyone shed light on this for me and help me understand how to to this.

BobMcC Hi Bob,
If you go to https://galactictalk.org/t/proposals and click on the "Start a Discussion" button in the top left part of the page, you will be able to create a new thread.

If you include links to images our videos, they will automatically be shown in the post.
