It really depends on the Country and the company that sends you the bills. You could work together with the company and get them to accept your token. Or, as you suggested, sell your token for a currency they accept and use traditional payment methods.

But apart from this, in your position I would ask myself; What kind of value does my token provide to users? It looks like it introduces more complexity. Are they willing to go through all this steps? What value does your token provide to them.
